Estancia has a lovely European-style clubhouse. It is one of the most beautiful clubhouses of all Scottsdale private golf communities with incredible views of the golf course and Pinnacle Peak. The 32,000 sq ft Clubhouse is lavish without being stuffy. It provides a relaxed atmosphere where members can enjoy life. Estancia members enjoy fantastic dining options, a full fitness center, pool with a lap lane, and three tennis courts.

Estancia Members enjoy an array of recreational and social opportunities – from tennis and spa to a fully equipped fitness center or the Club’s sparkling pool.
Memberships
Memberships to The Estancia Club are available with or without a real estate purchase. There is no residency requirement so you do not have to own real estate in Estancia to obtain a membership. There are a maximum of 325 full golf memberships allowed. Membership pricing is based on a market pricing system which fluctuates monthly. This means that when a person is interested in obtaining a membership they can do so by purchasing it at the price set by the individual member. Memberships are starting in the $75,000 range in 2010. The annual dues for the Estancia Golf Membership are $15,200 in 2010.
There is also a Social membership available which is called the Estancia Residential Membership. This membership includes unlimited use of Tennis, Swimming Pools, Fitness Center, Social and Dining. The cost of the membership is $10,000 with annual dues of $5133 in 2010.
Estancia Real EstateEstancia is spread over 640 acres of land with only 267 home sites available. It was developed as a very low density community with vast space between the homes allowing for stunning views of the golf course, surrounding mountains and city lights. It has some of the finest estates in Scottsdale with unparalleled quality and craftsmanship. Estancia homes are approximately 3000 to 8000 sq ft on one half to over 2 acres of land. Concierge
Estancia has a Homewatch or Concierge service which provides interior and exterior home monitoring, mail collection, maintenance of water features, vehicle start ups, limousine/car wash and other individually requested services.
Security
Estancia is one of the most secure communities in Scottsdale. It is fully gated with a twenty-four hour main guard gate. There are roving patrol vehicles and monitored access at all entry gates.
