Estancia Golf Memberships

Estancia is an exclusive private golf club in prestigious North Scottsdale. Estancia Golf Club offers two levels of Memberships – Golf or or Residential. Estancia is a member club owned with a maximum of 325 members. There is no property requirement so both residents and non-residents can apply for membership.

Estancia Golf Memberships include unlimited Golf, Driving Range, Tennis, Swim, Fitness, Spa, Social and Dining. It includes the member, spouse and children 22 & under.

Estancia Residential Memberships are similar to a Social membership at other clubs. It includes unlimited Tennis, Swimming, Fitness, Spa, Social and Dining. The membership covers the member, spouse and children 22 & under. The cost of the Estancia Residential Membership is $10,000 with annual dues of $5133 in 2010.

Golf Membership Pricing and Dues

Estancia uses a “Market Pricing” system which means that any member who wants to sell their membership can name their own individual price. The Club sells the membership on behalf of individual members. The club will communicate to prospective members the lowest resale price available. The purchase of the membership is handled by the Club between member and prospective member, with a transfer fee to the club. The current market pricing is approximately $75,000 but changes on a monthly basis. Estancia Golf Memberships were selling for over $200,000 just 5 years ago. This makes Estancia one of the best deals of all Scottsdale private golf communities. It is an incredible opportunity to get into this prestigious club for a fraction of what it cost several years ago. Member dues are billed once per year, rather than monthly. Estancia golf membership dues for 2010 are $15,400 annually. The Estancia Transfer Fee for Membership is $30,000 or 20% of purchase price, whichever is greater.
