Estancia members enjoy fantastic dining options, a full fitness center, a sparkling pool with a lap lane and three tennis courts. It provides a relaxed atmosphere for members and their guests.

Memberships

Estancia offers both Golf and Residential memberships. It is a small exclusive club and there are only 325 full golf memberships allowed. Membership pricing is based on a market pricing system so the price changes monthly. Memberships are starting in the $75,000 range in 2010. The annual dues for the Estancia Golf Membership are $15,200 in 2010. Memberships to The Estancia Club are available with or without a real estate purchase. There is no residency requirement so you do not have to own real estate in Estancia to obtain a membership.

The Estancia Residential Membership is similar to a Social membership. This membership includes unlimited use of Tennis, Swimming Pools, Fitness Center, Social and Dining. The cost of the membership is $10,000 with annual dues of $5133 in 2010.
