Troon North Golf Club in Scottsdale AZ

The Troon North Golf Club is a public club located in the heart of Troon North. It consists of two newly renovated, 18 hole golf courses, Monument and Pinnacle. Each course was designed by Tom Weiskopf.

The Troon North Golf Club is a public daily-fee club, however there is a membership option for Troon North residents. Each of the two courses were completely redesigned in 2011 for added challenges and increased beauty of the surrounding desert landscape.

Monument Golf Course

This 7,070 yard course was the first of the two at Troon North Scottsdale. It is a Par 72, 18 hole course. Most people describe this as the more scenic of the two courses. Since undergoing its latest renovation in 2011, this course was ranked #4 among Arizona golf courses and #44 in the nation by Golf Magazine.

Pinnacle Golf Course

Pinnacle is 7,025 yards and a Par 71, 18 hole course. It is known for being the more challenging of the two courses. World Golf has stated, “If you can play well here, you can play well anywhere.” After being completely renovated in 2011 it was ranked the #1 course in Arizona and #21 in the nation by Golf Magazine.

Practice Facility

The practice facility offers an extensive opportunity to maximize your skills before hitting either of the courses. The full length turf driving range has six target greens that are between 50 to 250 yards while the large putting green offers over 12 holes. No matter what your skill level is or what area of your game you are looking to improve, Troon North’s practice area has something for you.

Callaway Performance Center

There is a Callaway performance center with certified club specialists on staff to help fit you for the clubs that will best suit your golf game. They feature the Callaway Performance Analysis System when evaluating your swing. This is the same software and techniques used to fit the professionals in the industry.

Golf Shop

The Troon North Golf Shop offers a large variety of apparel, accessories and gifts. This extensive shop is over 2,500 square-feet and has been rated one of the “100 Best Golf Shops in America” by Golf World Magazine several times.

Dynamite Grill

The Dynamite Grill at Troon North offers a great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is located right off of the 18th hole of the Pinnacle course and has great views of the beautiful desert surroundings and Troon luxury homes. There are also flat screen TVs if you just simply feel like catching up on a game and grabbing a drink after your round.

Rates and Fees

You have two options at this golf club, daily fee or membership. The daily rates will vary based on the season. The junior golf rate for children 17 and younger is half off of the standard rate. Troon North residents receive special discounts on rounds of golf all year.

There are two membership options available to Troon North residents only. The first option is 95% refundable with an initiation fee of $75,000 and the second option is non-refundable with an initiation fee of $35,000. Each option has monthly dues of $510. The memberships include unlimited golf, priority tee time reservations, reduced green fees for guests, 20% discounts on merchandise and exclusive golf club events. Prices are subject to change.
