We were attracted to Carmen by her video when we were searching areas of Scottsdale to focus on. Her background as an attorney suggested to us that she would be knowledgeable, hard working and prepared and that she would be an advocate for our best interests. She was all of that and more. The portal she created for us was well organized and led us to the home we purchased. She was excellent in negotiations and her instincts were superb.
